Inspiration from the class of 2010

"No matter what you choose to do, know that you have the ability — each one of you —to write the next chapter in America’s story." ~ President Obama

I wanted to take a moment to recognize the class of 2010. Now that I'm older and with young children, I often forget about all the excitement and fear that goes through the minds of graduating students. Obama's message to the class of 2010 reminded me of the challenges these students will face graduating in one of the worst economies. Michelle Obama's commencement speech to George Washington was full of inspiration as she congratulated them on completing over 100,000 service hours and examples of how these students have already changed the world.

I believe there's inspiration for all of us in these speeches as we think about our future and work through tough times. And that reinvention on a personal and professional level is not a choice but a necessity. I'm excited that My Inspiration Lounge is an online resource for the inspiration and information we need to pursue our dreams, help others and find happiness!

That's a nice quote from Obama! The economy is not that bad I think. I've heard reports of a lot of jobs opening up. So, things are looking up.
