Quick power workouts for at home

With summer coming up and bathing suit season HERE (because this is the year for you to actually get in the water and not be a bystander!),  I thought I would share the Ultimate Do-It-At-Home workout from Women's Health. I'm all about finding quick workouts I can do at home. I have come to terms that I'm horrible at paying for gym memberships that never get used so I don't commit to them anymore. One less place to spend my money or stress about. I like to workout at home or outside. I choose the latter when I can.

This quick power workout is perfect for doing at home, requiring minimal space, an exercise ball (time to blow that bad boy up!), dumbbells (you will find them buried in your closet or under the bed) and a strength cord (I use these all the time to do yoga stretches...)

I couldn't agree more about gym memberships and working out at home. There are so many options to choose from when it come to home workouts. Of course, my favorites are abs workouts!
