I’ve been an entrepreneur for over 20 years – first with an Adventure Travel business in Boston and now leading True Life Coaching & Retreats in southwest Colorado since 2002. It’s such an amazing journey to grow a business. You can’t help but grow yourself – as a matter of fact, unless you are ready to embrace growing alongside your business, I personally think you should probably try another career. Mastery comes from creativity, consistency, and devotion.
There are 100’s if not thousands of experts out there ready to tell you what your vision is and how to make it a reality. For the technical side of business, the HOW, by all means, get someone who you trust and who’s years ahead of you to be on your team. But when it comes to the WHAT - NO ONE can clarify your Vision more than you. Your authentic self is seeking expression – that’s what your business is really all about. Seek quiet time in solitude to hear your inner self. Take yourself away from all the distractions (hooks in you) to find out what it is that you want to create. Dance, dream, sing, listen to the natural world. Uncovering your Purpose and the Meaning it has for you… finding your Hidden Jewel within and grounding yourself to it, must be done before you head out on the journey to joyful success. It will fuel you and give you a Home to restore your Spirit when the going gets tough.
