Life is short

Life is short.
A friend of mine recently passed away. He was full of life, had an enormous heart, super talented, successful, a devoted husband and the proudest father of two. He was absolutely one of the good guys. He made me smile every time I saw him. The day after I found out about his passing, I was flying back from the Pennsylvania Women’s Conference. I was getting on the plane when I overheard a man telling a woman he travels 47 weeks out of the year and hates his life. I could have kept walking but I didn’t. I looked at him and said, “A very young friend of mine just died, stopped breathing and left behind a beautiful family. If you hate your life, you better make a change now because life is short.” He said, “You're right. You never know. “
No, you never know.
So if you know in your heart that you need to make a change, do something different, pursue that dream, slow down, reassess your priorities, take control, have less control, lose the baggage, the naysayers – the time is now to take action.

You're so right. We never know if any given day will be our last - kind of puts things into perspective.
