Finding your inner beat

I came across "Finding your inner beat", a powerful reminder to slow down and listen to what our bodies are trying to tell us, in the latest newsletter from Om Aroma, a luxury orgranic skincare line and one of my top picks for best website for organic skincare products.

Finding your inner beat

Your Inner Beat tells you when you need to eat, when you need to rest, when you need companionship, when you need to exercise. The more you listen and respect your inner beat, the more aligned you are with your life's purpose. The more aligned you are with your purpose, the more you can live with positivity, energy, and vibrancy.

This is the beginning to beauty :)

Inner Beat is really creative! I've always thought of it as feedback from the body when the mind is really relaxed. I believe most of us don't really have conscious control of our lives until we start becoming aware instead of beware. As Carl Jung once said, "Everything that irritates us about others can lead us to an understanding of ourselves." I think that relates to Inner Beat, since it's being irritated is a form of inability to control; and Inner Beat is a way to understand and put your life back in your control.

Love this Taney. I think the theme for a lot of people these days is slowing down to be healthier and in control vs life and others controlling us. Like you said, one has to be conscious and aware - not an easy thing to maintain on a daily basis! The Carl Jung quote is a good one - I will def share on the Inspiration Lounge Facebook Page!

Houses and cars are quite expensive and not every person can buy it. But, credit loans was created to support people in such kind of hard situations.
