A quick way to tone your lower body at your desk

I think I found the quickest way to tone our lower body sitting right at our desk! All you need is an office chair and 6-minutes! I just finished this quick Pilates workout and all I can say is if we did this exercise routine everyday, we would be lookin' and feelin' good ladies!

Here's my thoughts on working out. I believe all of us have time to squeeze in a quick workout - we just have to adjust our fitness routine to our schedules. If you can't get to the gym - do this quick lower body workout at your desk. Do the basic yoga moves and stretching right at home! You will get your energy boost, won't be stressed-out about not working out or taking care of yourself and it only requires 10-minutes of your time! Let's grab our chairs and get fit in a way that works for us!

Six minutes is maybe a little ambitious for someone my age (60+), but I got through most of the routine in about twenty minutes. Had trouble with balance on a couple of the leg exercise, maybe because of the style of chair I was using - straight backed. Still I'm sure that with practice I can reduce the time and get a good workout.

I have been studying Pilates to gear up for a new fitness program. I'm excited to find this workout I can do in my office chair. If I can't exercise, I use a lumbar support pillow to support my back and keep me going through the day.

the only problem with this is that I don't work alone. beside I don't think that my bosses like very much that I take the office as a gym, I like more the Buy Viagra idea, is more easy to use and you don't have to take many time to see the results.
