Ten thoughts on whole living

A gorgeous living art arrangement I saw at the Pamper Me Fabulous event. 

I have found a new place to get my inspiration! It's the whole living | body + soul magazine I reluctantly subscribed to since I have more magazine subscriptions than I can keep up with! But I have to say, I don't regret it! I love Body + Soul's soothing design and practical tips for staying healthy and balanced in this crazy world. My favorite part is the Ten Thoughts on Whole Living below by Terri Trespicio that you will find in every issue.

1. Treat your dreams as you would a garden: Give them room to grow.
2. Counter a dark mood with a dose of sunshine. Get outside and walk.
3. Invite, don't force, healthy movement by taking on the right kind of physical challenge.
4. To see real results, sometimes you need to set the bar a little higher.
5. You already have all the motivation you need. You just have to learn how to tap it.
6. Change doesn't happen overnight. It starts small and gains momentum.
7. Don't overthink. Let passion override your fear.
8. Indulgence isn't a sign of failure; it's an occasional opportunity to experience pure pleasure.
9. Rather than try to eliminate stress, find your flow within it.
10. Consider your resolution a first step toward the life you really want.

I like #9. I can't remember the last day something stressful didn't happen. Since it's impossible to eliminate all stress, unless your living on a beautiful island with your loved ones and conveniences, the next best thing is to find your flow within it. I'm working on this one everyday...baby steps ;)
