What will be your one word for 2010?
Thursday, December 31, 2009 at 9:21AM 2010! Can you believe it?! A new decade to pursue those dreams and make things right! With 2009 being a tough year for many, I know ringing in the New Year has big hopes and change attached to it. In order for change to happen, whatever it may be, keeping your goals simple and small is where the magic begins.
I loved the suggestion from Ariane of First 30 days. Pick one word for 2010 and focus your energy around that one word instead of a long list of resolutions. This sounds way less stressful to me!
So what will be your one word for 2010?
My one word is SLEEP. More sleep. This means putting myself to bed at a decent time 3 or 4 times a week. My body will love me for it and my mind will feel energized. I will be happy. My family will be happy.
This is what I know for sure (if Oprah were to ask me)....with more sleep all my big ambitions for 2010 will happen!
Happy 2010!

Hi Misty, Happy New year to you, I hope you had a great one.
What a fascinating idea, to build your energy around one word. Thinking about it I would have to say my one word would be "Munificent" helping others to get what they want out of life
Happy New Years Steven! That's a great word ...haven't heard that one in the US :) I love your blog - change your thoughts, change your life. it's very true. For inspiration lounge readers, you can read it here... http://www.stevenaitchison.co.uk/blog/

Nice post by the way, now, seriously, I'd say my one word would be UNITY. Irie! Shalom! Asalam Malekum! Pura Vida! Blessings! Put it like you want!
