One step to a healthier you and my anti-resolution thought

I'm not ready to give up my margies (or vino or breakfast tacos) because after all, I do live in Austin now and this town lives for margaritas, barbeque and tex mex! I can't even count how many breakfast tacos I've eaten in the 6-months I've been here! It's not good but....

This is what the anti-resolution girl is thinking for 2010: it's the perfect time to shake off some bad habits and introduce some new healthy ones. Personally, I'm not thinking anything big and scary like detoxing for a week until I've got the shakes and can't get out of bed. I'm thinking small changes I can easily incorporate into my daily regimen to help me feel stronger, make smarter choices and be more in control. Are you feeling like this too?

If so, we've got help! In January, WholeLiving is kicking off a 4-week mind and body action plan  where they will send daily emails with detox soups and smoothies (I hope it's not for a whole week), recipes, fitness and stress-relief plans along with tools to track progress. It's peaked my interest so I'm all subscribed and look forward to sharing with you how it's going in the month of January.

You can subscribe to WholeLiving's daily emails to partipicate fully or just check it out :)

Here's to feeling good in 2010!
