The best web sites for local reviews
Friday, December 11, 2009 at 8:17AM My husband and I are obsessed with reading reviews online to find the best places to eat, doctors to visit, hair salons, events to attend, places to shop, hotels to stay at. Whatever your interest or need, I bet there's a review on it!
For local inspiration, I rounded up the best web sites you can trust for local reviews:
A fun and easy way to see what is hot or better yet, what's not so hot in your area. First step is to type in your city or zipcode to pull up up the local yelp homepage for your area. From there you can search by keyword or categories. Make sure to check out "local flavors" under categories to discover your next outing.

If you're looking for reliable, trust-worthy contractors (that's a big request!) for home and outdoor services then Angies list is the place. They have million members so that's a lot of watercooler talk going on! Click here for Angies List!
