I read a lot of magazines but the body + soul magazine is one of my favorites. I am guilty of flipping right to the back page for the 10 thoughts on whole living (below is the latest from the October issue). I also skip right to the back of Oprah's magazine to read her article, "What I know for sure." There's definitely some good marketing tactics going on there.
