Have you yapped with your yoni lately?

Time to connect to our yoni

yoni: the Sanskrit word for ‘source of life’ or ‘sacred temple’ a.k.a. ‘the feminine’ as expressed in the physical, the energetic and the spiritual

She's Powerful...She's Sacred...She's Tired of Us Not Listening!

When I read the latest Be Real. Be Wise. Be You! newsletter about women who've lost touch with their yoni because they're a try-to-do-it-all, do-do-do kind of gal - it sounded all too familar. Well the do-do-do part anyways. I had no idea what my yoni was!

Here's what the inspiring Christine at Be Real. Be Wise. Be You! wants us to know about our yoni's...

The truth is that most women have taken her feminine, her yoni, and tied her up, gagged her silent and locked her in a closet so that her masculine, achieving, driving, do…do… do… and do more self, can run the jammed packed life she’s created, believing she’s got to do it all, herself. No time to rest or pause. No value in “being” or allowing things to unfold naturally. No connection to the immense power at our fingertips if we just stopped and listened to the woman inside, to our “feminine.”

Sound strangely familiar?

Below are a few excerpts from the yoni conversation. I highly recommend tuning in to the GirlTalk podcast: yapping with yoni. I did and these girls are super fun, high energy and will make you laugh! You will walk away celebrating your femine side! Your femmergy!

TRUTH - be real.

Most of us over-achieving, type A, trying-to-do-it-all women operate like masculine machines gone mad, completely out of balance, and void of our connection to our powerful, yet harmonious, feminine selves. We do not listen to nor respect Yoni.

We’re disconnected from ourselves… and it’s making us sick (no coincidence in the rise in infertility and breast cancer)… it’s making us tired (we drive ourselves so hard that we’re too exhausted to fully enjoy life)…

BE WISE.

The time is now to develop a deep, caring, intimate relationship with our sacred feminine selves… yes “sacred feminine.” Can you say it and own it, without brushing it off as woo-woo jargon? Why shouldn't the feminine parts of us be treated as sacred. We’d be crazy to keep cutting off our feminine powers of creativity, receptivity, manifesting, magnetizing, intuition, sensuality, sexuality, beauty, clarity, innovation, authenticity… just to name a few. So let’s stop the madness and start yapping with Yoni!

As Christine wrote to me today...

This Type A, over-achiever, do-it-all now is for the birds! I so much more like to do fantastic, amazing things and let them happen with grace and magic!

Check out Christine's new book going on sale in February, Choosing Me Before We, The Everywoman's guide to life and love.

Type "A" here & more than ready to stop the madness...

Finding this site when I did came at a crucial time in my life and I want to scream and whisper at the same time "Thank You".

Hallelujah! How I got here, I'm not exactly sure but it is certainly the best reading I've done in a long time (well, Twilight is a close 2nd). Thank you!!!

I am always amazed at the timing of what makes it to my inbox or my reader. THIS was a perfect read for me today ...

Here's to opening the closet door, where "she" has been gagged.
