Inspiration Monday! Thank you India Arie for singing from your heart.

Happy Monday! I have to tell you I had a really hard time picking out which India Arie song I wanted to post. Then I remembered there are a whole lot of Inspiration Monday's coming up and fun, inspirational videos are not easy to come by. Now I can rest easy knowing India Arie has my back! I have her CD's in my car and I love to crank them up to give my confidence a boost. There is no denying her music comes straight from her heart. We don't hear enough of her anymore...I wonder what happened to her?! Anyone know? Based on India's lyrics, I know she is not one for all the bling and glam so this is what I think: she is on a beautiful island sitting under a palm tree strumming her guitar and sipping on a fruity cocktail:)

I've always loved India. She is the rare female singer who has the talent and uses it to convey positive messages for women. She didn't take the commercial way...did she? Yeah her.
