10 quick ways to take care of YOU!

 


Can it get any more stressful right now? We read time and time again that when times get tough to always stay focused on what we can control. Well right now that would be taking care of you! By focusing on you, it will give you the strength to be more proactive, rational, confident, calm and savvy for making those big decisions!

Here are ten quick ways to help you feel healthy:

  1. Don’t forget to take your vitamins. This is the wonder pill for me.
  2. Eat more anti-cancer foods – we can’t get enough of these!
  3. Explore the Nourish Mind and Body section of My Inspiration Lounge
  4. Try out one or all of these five amazing stress-busters on You Tube from the Abundance Blog.
  5. Focus on what is right in your life!
  6. A good night’s rest is priceless...
  7. Workout your brain, play a fitness game at Happy Neuron.
  8. Don’t watch the stock market too closely – great advice from Gretchen at the Happiness Project.
  9. Watch these quick Pilates moves to find the right ones to practice daily at home. I am all over the one “how to prevent and relieve neck ache."
  10. Make positive connections. Connect with uplifting friends, smile at someone you pass on the street or in the store. Let’s spread some positive vibes around!
